NovaLab runs five services for companies whose websites are underperforming in measurable ways: AI and search visibility, site performance, measurement and tracking, accessibility compliance, and category visibility intelligence. Every one starts with a paid diagnostic. The cheapest is $250 and four of the five are credited against the work that follows.
The five services
Each service below is sold separately and priced in full on its own page. NovaLab does not bundle them into a single retainer, because the diagnostics answer different questions and most companies only need one or two of them at a time.
AI and Search Visibility
Search engine and AI assistant visibility sold as one service, because the underlying work is largely the same and buyers do not want to purchase being found twice. Technical crawl, query gap analysis against two named competitors, entity and citation work, then a retainer that keeps doing it.
Starts with the Visibility Snapshot, $400.
Site Performance and Technical Fixes
For sites that load slowly, fail Core Web Vitals, or break in ways nobody internally has time to chase. Measurement first, then a ranked issue list with effort estimates, then the fixes, on a branch, with before and after numbers on every template touched.
Starts with the Diagnostic, $400.
Measurement and Tracking
For companies whose analytics and invoices disagree. Tag configuration audited, event firing verified in a real browser rather than assumed from the container, then GA4 and Google Tag Manager rebuilt against a measurement plan you agreed in writing, with Consent Mode v2 wired correctly.
Starts with the Tracking Health Check, $250.
Accessibility and Compliance
WCAG 2.2 AA work for organisations facing the European Accessibility Act or ADA Title II. Automated scanning for coverage, then a manual keyboard and screen-reader pass for everything a scanner cannot judge, then remediation in code with a CI regression test.
Starts with the Risk Check, $300.
Category Visibility Intelligence
The flagship. Several hundred category prompts run on a fixed schedule across six AI assistants, multiple times each, so the result is a distribution rather than one non-deterministic answer. The deliverable is a live dashboard URL showing week-over-week movement and who is cited in your place.
Starts with the Onboarding and calibration, $6,500.
Entry prices
| Service | Entry step | Price |
|---|---|---|
| AI and Search Visibility | Visibility Snapshot. Technical crawl, query gap list, prompt panel across the major AI assistants. | $400 |
| Site Performance and Technical Fixes | Diagnostic. Prioritised issue list with effort estimates. | $400 |
| Measurement and Tracking | Tracking Health Check. Tag audit and event firing verified on key pages. | $250 |
| Accessibility and Compliance | Risk Check. Automated scan across templates with a severity summary. | $300 |
| Category Visibility Intelligence | Onboarding and calibration. Prompt panel built, entities resolved, baseline set. | $6,500 |
Those are entry prices, not full price lists. Every tier of every service, including the retainers, is on the pricing page.
How to choose
Pick the diagnostic that matches the symptom rather than the one that sounds most complete.
- Traffic fell, or assistants recommend competitors instead of you. AI and Search Visibility, $400 Visibility Snapshot.
- The site is slow or fails Core Web Vitals. Site Performance and Technical Fixes, $400 Diagnostic.
- The numbers do not match your CRM or your invoices. Measurement and Tracking, $250 Tracking Health Check.
- A deadline, a complaint, or a procurement questionnaire about WCAG. Accessibility and Compliance, $300 Risk Check.
- You need to track AI assistant share continuously, not once. Category Visibility Intelligence, $6,500 onboarding.
If more than one symptom fits, start with Measurement and Tracking. Every other service reports results through your analytics, and the $250 Tracking Health Check is the cheapest way to find out whether those results will be readable.
Guides
Four NovaLab guides answer the questions that come up before anybody buys. Each one answers in full rather than stopping at a form.
- What does SEO cost. The five jobs the word covers, the three ways they get priced, and every NovaLab entry figure in one table.
- What is AI visibility. What an assistant answer actually measures, why one check tells you nothing, and what is controllable.
- Accessibility compliance deadlines. The two regulations that carry dates, what they point at, and what a scanner cannot catch.
- Why traffic fell while rankings held. Seven causes ordered by how cheap each is to rule out, with a symptom table.
All four sit on the guides index.
Questions people ask
What does NovaLab charge for SEO?
There is no single SEO price, because the work splits into five services with separate entry points. The cheapest diagnostic is the $250 Tracking Health Check. Visibility and performance both start at $400. Accessibility starts at $300. Retainers run from $350 a month for site care to $4,000 a month for the full visibility programme.
Which service should I start with?
Start with the diagnostic that matches the symptom. Traffic fell or you are absent from AI answers, take the $400 Visibility Snapshot. The site is slow, take the $400 Diagnostic. The numbers look wrong, take the $250 Tracking Health Check. Facing an accessibility deadline, take the $300 Risk Check.
Are the diagnostic fees credited against the bigger work?
On four of the five services, yes. The $400 Visibility Snapshot, the $400 Performance Diagnostic, the $250 Tracking Health Check and the $300 Accessibility Risk Check are each credited against the engagement that follows. Category Visibility Intelligence has no credit arrangement, because its $6,500 onboarding builds the tracking instrument rather than auditing something.
Can I buy more than one service at once?
Yes, and two pairs overlap usefully. Accessibility remediation and performance fixes touch the same templates, so shipping them in one branch costs less than two separate engagements. Measurement and Tracking is worth running before anything else, because without trustworthy analytics you cannot tell whether the other work did anything.
Do you work with clients outside Dubai?
Yes. NovaLab is based in Dubai and serves the United Arab Emirates, and all five services are delivered remotely. Pricing on these pages is in US dollars. The accessibility work in particular is driven by European Union and United States regulation, so the client base for it is not local.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Only on the visibility retainers, which carry a three-month minimum, and on Category Visibility Intelligence, where calibration takes longer than a month to produce a readable number. Every diagnostic is a one-off with no commitment attached. Fix Sprint, Performance Overhaul, the GA4 rebuild and accessibility Remediation are all fixed-scope one-offs.
What is not on this list?
Paid advertising management, social media, brand design, copywriting at volume, and link buying. NovaLab does technical and measurement work on sites that already exist. If what you need is a new site rather than repairs to one, that is a different conversation and priced separately.
Start with a diagnostic
Every NovaLab service opens with a paid diagnostic rather than a proposal call. The cheapest is $250, the most common are $400, and four of the five are credited against the work that follows.
