NovaLab Digital is an AI agent automation and web design consultancy based in Dubai, UAE. This page explains how we handle information you share through this website. If anything here is unclear, email contact@novalab-digital.com and we will answer plainly.
What we collect
- The messages you type into the Nova chat assistant on this site.
- Whatever you choose to tell us when you reach out by WhatsApp, email, or a contact form. Usually your name, number, and what you need.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records which pages you visit and whether you tap WhatsApp, call or email. See Analytics below. We do not run advertising pixels or other third-party trackers. There is no account to create and no login.
The chat assistant
When you send a message to the assistant, that message is passed to Anthropic, our AI provider in the United States, which generates the reply. Your message content is processed under Anthropic's privacy terms. Please do not put sensitive personal, financial, or health details into the chat. If you would rather not use it, WhatsApp or email us and a person will reply.
Browser storage
We use two functional browser storage flags: one so the chat does not reopen on every page after you have already seen it, and one that remembers your cookie choice. They stay in your browser and are not shared with anyone.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count which pages people read, where visits come from, and how often someone taps WhatsApp, call or email. It only runs if you press Accept on the cookie bar. If you press Reject, or never choose, no analytics cookies are set.
When you accept, Google sets its own analytics cookies and processes the visit data on its servers, under Google's terms. We see totals and trends, not your name or your messages. Advertising features are switched off.
You can change your choice at any time in cookie settings.
How we use what you share
To answer your questions and, if you ask us to, to follow up about our work. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Where it is processed
We work with clients in Dubai and the wider UAE. Messages sent to the assistant are processed by Anthropic in the United States. Anything you send by WhatsApp or email stays with that platform and with us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@novalab-digital.com and we will take care of it. If you are in the EU or UK, this covers your access and erasure rights under the GDPR.
