How is this different from a chatbot plugin?

A chatbot answers questions. This runs a process end to end: it reads the enquiry, checks availability, drafts or sends the response, updates your records, and knows when to hand off to a human. It's automation, not a widget.

Do we need technical staff to run this?

No. It's built to run inside tools your team already uses. We handle the setup and the first month of tuning.

Is AED 8,000 really the full setup price?
